HOW TO USE HEMP OIL:
1. Take your hemp every day, twice a day
2. Use the provided dropper, your finger, or a spoon to place the hemp oil under your tongue.
3. Hold for at least 2 minutes.
4. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking.

Hemp Tip: Set a recurring reminder to prompt you to take your daily dose. Or keep your NANOSOL PRO product next to your bed to remind you to take it once in the morning and once before bed.

RECOMMENDED DOSING:

1 full dropper = 1mL
Take 5 drops under the tongue, twice a day.
